CHERRY PUFFED PASTRY Filled with chocolate ❤️

,,If I was a fruit I would be a cherry on a cake. ''

Cherries are beautiful right? I think there are one of the most beautiful fruits we have. And they are so delicious! There are sweet, healthy and have a wonderful color! Right now it's not cherry season. But for this recipe you don't need fresh cherries - you don't have to worry.

I love puffed pastry. You can add whatever you want. Savory or sweet fillings - everything is possible. There are perfect to eat as a snack or on a party because they are easy to make, cheap and you can eat it with your hands!

Easter Nail Art

HOW TO MAKE VEGAN CARROT CAKE (easy, fast and cheap)

I haven't tried carrot cake before I went vegan but since then it became a little addiction of mine. I love those moist (even though I hate this word) cakes that are still kinda doughy but still fluffy!  After trying out a ton of carrot cake in bistros I realized that there are so many ways of creating a carrot cake. A carrot cake is not just a carrot cake - it's always a personal thing because you can see which textures and flavors the baker likes the most.  I always add more fruits to my cake because I think it is healthier then... but I mean it is vegan and there is carrot in there which means that this cake is pure detox :D Sometimes your soul needs a little present too. I believe that being too strict about food can be pretty stressful so I like eating cake here and there. What do you think?
