It is fall and pumpkins are everywhere so it is the perfect time to make the best fall pancakes ever! This recipe is made for about 4 pancakes. There are 3 different layers in this jar. The first layer is Chia Pudding. The second layer is yogurt and the third is oatmeal. HOW TO MAKE VEGAN CARROT CAKE (easy, fast and cheap)

I haven't tried carrot cake before I went vegan but since then it became a little addiction of mine. I love those moist (even though I hate this word) cakes that are still kinda doughy but still fluffy!  After trying out a ton of carrot cake in bistros I realized that there are so many ways of creating a carrot cake. A carrot cake is not just a carrot cake - it's always a personal thing because you can see which textures and flavors the baker likes the most.  I always add more fruits to my cake because I think it is healthier then... but I mean it is vegan and there is carrot in there which means that this cake is pure detox :D Sometimes your soul needs a little present too. I believe that being too strict about food can be pretty stressful so I like eating cake here and there. What do you think?
